So much to learn from hospitability, from the valuation or properties housing of short term $Rev agreements (nights and conventions, vs long-term leases), and activity-based space (event, library, conference rooms, phone rooms, podcasting, customer center, etc, and a variety of services, à la carte and available on demand. There is a services network effect / positive value multiplier.
