One of the major reasons for the headquarters existing is to either like ‘follow the molecule’ or to ‘accelerate clinical speed’. If I'm a biomedical student who signed up to work for a life sciences companies like aligns with my personal values and fulfillment and you plunk another coin on that side of the scale that says like ‘accelerate clinical speed,’ there's no way in hell I could be sat in my home going, Can I accelerate clinical speed here better than at the office? The answer is, of course not. - Phil Kirschner
That kind of thinking is so different and it's what's required. Because once you know what the purpose is, then you design the thing and you activate the thing and you advertise the thing around that. - Phil Kirschner
