We all need to be working these out for ourselves. My best time for writing is sort of between six and probably ten in the morning. And then I’ve also got a period at night, and gosh, do I crash at like sort of 4:00 in the afternoon? There's no point in you trying to do any writing then - Sophie Wade

And of course, we need to make compromises as a team. So we really need to be sort of thinking about individual people and then how we're going to work best as a team - Sophie Wade
