I’m a danger to the system - Jack Nilles

The culture of the industrial revolution sticks. It was not until we had big factories with really expensive equipment that we needed workers to run the machines. And that has apparently drilled into everybody's heads. - Jack Nilles

It's like the ultimate triple bottom line. There's no trade offs, you win on both sides of the scale. - Jeff Frick

Jack has been battling resistance to change in the workplace space since 1973. The data of benefits often overwhelmed by the politics and emotion of resistance to change and self preservation of the status quo.

The 'run the machines at the central factory' translated to 'paper in offices', to now...

Time for a digital update.
The data goes to the people, not the people to the data.

Jack is 93.
He doesn't talk as quickly as he used to, not asking him to auction cattle. He's a knowledgeable, active force in his field.

Great conversation with a rebel, danger to the system for the last 50 years and counting
