We need phone booths that are roomier, cozier and spacier because people want enclosed space this why they go into conference room. They need something a little larger where you don't feel stuck. - Nellie Hayat
After years, behaviors become habits.
Doing business from phone booths was not fun. I did it for years (Hotel and Denny's phone banks much better than standing on the street, next to loud traffic, heat, and dust)
But it was the only thing available to the traveling salespeople, pre-mobile phones, to call in orders, and check in the with the office for messages, from the road.
Check the data. Check the trends. If you don't have the resources of Ford, ask a lot of clarifying questions.
