I knew that remote work was possible, even if it wasn't really popular. I had to make very serious sacrifices in my career just to have more flexibility than was provided as the norm at the time. And I don't think people should have to do that - Chase Warrington
So, advocating for any change that I can make to push us in the direction of more flexibility, while still maintaining a really high standards in terms of your professional career is is something that really resonates with me. I'm lucky sitting where I want to be, but, I know there's a lot of people out there still having to fight for that and so It's fun to be a little small part of that movement - Chase Warrington

Chase chose travel and flexibility, finding ways to make it work by sacrificing salary and sports. He created a podcast to assist others in navigating the intricacies, blazing a trail and then smoothing the path for those following in his footsteps on the travel-centric remote work journey. It wasn't easy or inexpensive in terms of sacrifices, but it was a priority he was unwilling to give up.
Fifteen years in, he is passionate about making the journey easier for the next generation of individuals who choose a slightly different path.
