There are so many more options for people to be able to be upskilling. I do see that we need to prepare people better when it comes to thinking about and how self-directed and self-guided young students need to be. - Sophie Wade

There's an extraordinary number of jobs that they know are going to be popping up out of nowhere over the next few years. Should they make a choice about their career? How do they decide what next? Best build up some skills and then see what's going on, in two years time with a few more skills. - Sophie Wade


Learning how to learn has never been more important.

The things we have yet to learn, out number those we have already learned. The pace of 'new and improved' jumps platforms as fast as features. Critical thinking, checking sources, getting close to source material, first person. Make sense? From who's point of view?

Stay curious.

Never stop learning.
