After successfully navigating the Silicon Valley Start up dream of starting something, going public, being acquired, making money, Tony still found something missing.

Please join me in welcoming Tony Jamous to Work 20XX

After taking an introspective gap year, Tony found a new mission and launched Oyster.

Oyster's mission is three fold
1) Deliver direct investment in the form of jobs to less developed parts of the world, by enabling employment without moving.
2) Deliver a global talent pool to address the knowledge worker shortage in the developed world, which is only getting more acute.
3) Build a human-centric culture in an organization that promotes growth, development, builds connection and relationships, delivers results, while minimizing the negative work impacts.

600 people in 70 countries, $1B Valuation, $100's of millions in direct investment.
I think Tony and team are onto something.
