People are using sensor data to truly understand when they do come in, what spaces are they using, what spaces are they not using that should get reconfigured. Is there space that's too crowded? Is there space that's underutilized? - Julie Whelan

Lazy Averages no longer provide the specificity of insight required today to plan in today's far more dynamic and heterogeneous behavior environment. You need much more detail to make informed decisions, than top-level $/workstation/location
Time to stop managing to chairs and workstations,
and pay attention to what the people are doing where, and when.
