People are using sensor data to truly understand - Julie Whelan

We are past the days where I grew up. Our performance was based on square feet per person, cost per person, it was all very metric, non-human related - Julie Whelan

That is changing because we're moving away from space made up of cubicles and offices that can be easily measured. And we're moving more into LinkedIn having 75 different types of seating settings. How do you measure that?- Julie Whelan

People are using sensor data to truly understand when they do come in, what spaces are they using, what spaces are they not using that should get reconfigured. Is there space that's too crowded? Is there space that's underutilized? - Julie Whelan

Lazy Averages no longer provide the specificity of insight required today to plan in today's far more dynamic and heterogeneous behavior environment. You need much more detail to make informed decisions, than top-level $/workstation/location

Time to stop managing to chairs and workstations,
and pay attention to what the people are doing where, and when.

Celebrate International Women's Day

Thanks again Julie
