I've seen terribly bad behavior, where there are one or two people in an unfavorable time zone and they're always the people on the call at midnight or 5 a.m. their time. You can't do this for every meeting - Maribel Lopez

Push the establishment of group norms as far down as possible 
keep the big three activities often better accomplished at an office or meeting facility - 1) Collaboration 2) Socialization 3) Focus Work
