Because that's the decision moment, should I invest in changing the way that we work? Not just meetings, but the whole collaborative landscape, and asking yourself, if it's serving you? - Shani Harmon

Getting better at meetings and collaboration unlocks value that you already have in the proverbial building.  Spotify and Shopify are educating their people on how to say no to meetings.  Give people more time to focus on what's important by removing the less important from their calendars.
And when you do have meetings, they'll be special, for a purpose, with only interested stakeholders, pulled together to address a specific issue that couldn't be settled via other means.
