We've asked team members, ‘Do you know what the objectives are of this project team?’ and usually we get like 90% saying, yes, I know. Then we'll ask, ‘Do you agree with the objectives of this project team?’ And usually we'll get pretty high response on that as well. - Sacha Connor

And then we'll say 'Please list the top three objectives of this project team.' And you'll see wildly different, interpretation of what the project goals are. - Sacha Connor
