Group two is about 15% of the population. And they are smart. They are intellectually curious. They like to learn. They like to teach. And it's that learn and teach tipping point that is really important here because they're the translators between the two groups. - Karrie Sullivan
They're proving the use cases, giving us the process maps, the playbooks, the checklists, the detail that everybody else needs so that with the 80% what we're doing is taking the ambiguity out. We're creating prescriptive here's how you adopt for your function. And we're triggering their need to belong or fit in. - Karrie Sullivan
Create the conditions the encourage the 80% to jump in, by removing ambiguity and providing a road map.
