This focus on equity is really rooted in having more choice and having better choices - Ryan Anderson
Look at the number of facets that impact a person's productivity and their health on a given day, (including) things in their personal life, their caregiving responsibility, is their Wi-Fi crappy today? How is their relationship with their partner? Is their dog driving them nuts? I mean, it can be any number of things - Ryan Anderson
So ultimately organizations will get to this epiphany that to create equitable experiences, you have to turn more control over to the employee to say, this is where I'll be most successful today - Ryan Anderson
----
Agency, flexibility, empathy
It's not about days in the office.
It's about enabling people to fulfill their responsibilities, obligations, and 'life maintenance' in the most effective way.
Thanks again Ryan
