To create equitable experiences, you have to turn more control over to the employee to say, 'This is where I'll be most successful today.' - Ryan Anderson


Trust, agency, flexibility, intentionality, team level agreements, managing to outputs, not attendance.

These are some of the themes highlighted over the last few years, that are defining the way managers manage and workers work going forward. Don't let the tech layoffs and limited RTO mandates fool you.

Demographic trends, decades in the making, demonstrate that talent will be harder to attract and retain as 30 Million Baby Boomers will hit retirement age between now and 2030 (approximately 10K per day according to the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis)

Retain and motivate your top talent, even if they have to flex schedules from time to time to handle life's shifting priorities. Much better than starting from scratch with zero.
