I had a look and what was clear to me was that person's first language was probably not English. I didn't think there was any bad intent but it was written in a way where it could be perceived differently. A simple use case for AI, change the tone or make it happier or make it sound friendlier or whatever it is, can really help people - Andrew Boyagi
It speaks to really appreciating people's flow state and really letting people be async and really reducing interruptions. -
