Rotating recuring meeting start times to be more 'global' friendly.

Looking for async opportunities, via shared doc or other means, to minimize the time zone effect.

Actively and intentionally querying ideas from those outside the meeting location or time zone.

Just a few of the small actions organizations can institutionalize to get more contributions from more members of the team, especially those outside the primary time zones.
