We do that in our personal lives all the time. We just haven't been, as three dimensional in the past as we are needing to be now, because we need to be that much more capable of working closely together under pressure, under stress, trying to get the best ideas.
Sophie is literally busting at the seams with ways being more empathetic at work leads to better outcomes. Not easy, and a constant balancing act, but necessary to get the next level of performance from the people and the organization in an increasingly competitive world.
