Well, now you could use AI, a GPT, or an agent as you think about, feeding it the information from the team working agreement and using it as a coach. What data set to draw from when making value assessments and trade off decisions?
What are the objectives?

Just keep trying new things. In the process, even if process A doesn't work out the way you wish (and many won’t), high probability it'll trigger process B as an unexpected new learning.
