The Carrot and the Stick
For many organizations, Net-Zero sustainability targets are getting closer every day. They're looking for landlords to help.
On the stick side, municipalities are passing regulations that put teeth into sustainability targets, like New York's Local Law 97, which requires most buildings over 25,000 square feet to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030, and net zero by 2050.
